Does anyone have their Save the Date cards or invitations pick out yet?

There's one invitation that I'm absolutely in love with except I'm afraid that it might cost a lot to ship b/c it's a hard bound invitation. See my photo album. Most likely I'm going to get this one

I have my STD (Vistaprint) and I plan on doing my own invites.

The STD's we will be doing from the E-pics, so we have an idea of what we want, but haven't made them yet. A friend of mine makes photo cards and she is going to do them for me. As for invites, we meet with the invitation designer on the 19th to talk about design. All we know is that we like the pocketfolds and that we want a beach feel to it.

FH and i found STD's that we loved... spent all day picking out a pic from teh 365 pictures my friend took for our e-shoot... and put it on the card on teh site... adn it didn't fit right - we were too much to the side... GRRR
I gave up after that.. .I looked at a lot of other ones, but none that fit teh pic we want, and none that we like!

and for invites... i want pocketfolds.. can I afford it, probably not... so I will be looking around for invites soon! i might try going with *her*

I haven't done either. I want my STD's to have my e-pics on them. In the process of picking a photog epics will be when it's nice out. As far as invitations, I just think it's too early.

I want to have my e-pics on the STD cards too that's why I haven't got it done yet...As for the invites we have them pick out but we are not ordering yet until later on in the year...I think is till too early for that.

I was actually last night and this morning on a invitation hunt online and I think I may have found THE invite. I just ordered a sample of it but if it's as good as it looks online, then this will definitely be it! Goes perfectly with my theme and color scheme.

I will post pics after FH and I definitely decide on it.

yes... it's was $1 (free shipping). I also ordered their custom color card to see all the colors because the sample color they are sending may not be the color I want to go with.

They are sending green (which is great cuz that's an option for us), but I wanted to see the yellow is comes in because I like the way it looks online.

That $1 thing may not be an all the time thing - i think they are having a promotion right now.

I found a few I liked, but then I saw the price and I was like, 'NEVERMIND!'

I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on invitations because 9 out 10 times, people throw them away!!

thats how i feel too... and I am spending so much everywhere else it seems.. i want to trim on invitations.. which probably means no pocket folds for me!
