Invitations - Long Island Weddings
Check out Complete Wedding Packages in East Meadow. They have some really good deals on invites. Also, I found some really nice ones from Invitations by Dawn. I get emails all the time about flash sales.

I highly recommend Savethedateforless.com I won 50 free invitations from a bridal expo & needed to get more. I fell in love with their designs & they customize everything for you. Minted, Walmart, Vistaprint, & Exclusivelyweddings.com have some nice invitations as well.

I just ordered mine on Saturday from Eloquently Designed. The lady is great. She comes to your house with tons of books and lots of different price options. She also does all the address label printing and everything.

I second exclusivelyweddings.com. They can get you your invites in 2-7 days per their frequently asked questions. I plan on ordering from them. They offer 5 free samples and I loved one of them.

We got beautiful ones at AC Moore that came with reply cards and envelopes. Printed them ourselves. 2 - 50 card packages for $30 because we had 2 55% off coupons.
Good Luck with your decision.

I don't think you're behind. We ordered ours in January - a week before we intended on sending them out and that was awful. I didn't want to spend a fortune by going to a wedding invite specialist so we went to Budget Printer in RVC and they did an incredible job - colored & raised lettering, lace edges, and they addressed the RSVP envelopes and the return address for us. They were done in three days! We have received so many compliments on our invites. I'll try to upload a picture of them later
You can get a lot more for your money if you go outside of the wedding department. I received quotes of over $3500 for what I wanted and there was no way I was spending that kind of money on something most people throw away. Going to the place in Rockville Centre allowed me to spend the extra money getting things addressed since I wasn't overpaying to begin with.

I went to Hallmark today to look (my cousins best friend is a general manager) and the prices are SO reasonable.. I found really nice ones and they're getting me proofs back by wednesday.. I think i'm paying around $300 for 100 invitations and 100 RSVP cards plus the inner lining on the invites

Re: Invitations
Update - after searching for our wedding invitation - we finally placed an order! Thank you to all of you for the input - absolutely helped us! My FH says all the time now - go to LI website and ask girls. We ordered from exclusivelyweddings but we couldn't pick the final one for a week (were torn between two). So, the final one is Pearl Pleasure! we also ordered thank you cards as don't want to run around later. So, for anyone who will be looking: - order samples first(we were considering a few from zazzle but loved EW as the quality is so much better) - wait for the sale (we got 30% off our order) - go with your gut (do what's best for you & for your budget)
So, overall, with proof services & lots of customization, 175 invites, RSVP, Reception cards, Thank you cards, we spent $320 (including taxes - 30% discount). Can't wait to get them - takes about 3-4 weeks! Thank you so much for your girl, Girls!!!
