Invitations driving me CRAZY
Whoa, so I didn't realize was a pain in the a$$ doing invitations would be! I still have names without addresses, I keep messing up and forgetting to put direction cards in envelopes, the ink on my labels keeps smudging, etc etc... I feel like I'll never finish this!!! This has definitely been my least favorite wedding thing to do so far. Biggest piece of advice I didn't take is to be organized (which I'm NOT!) and start early!!!
I'll definitely be posting about my relief when this is alllll finished
Anybody else is invitation hell with me??

Re: Invitations driving me CRAZY
I am right there with ya!! I have no clue how I am addressing them, printing them or hand wirting or labels or caligraphy??!?!?!?!! I also have many people with no address, do you think anybody is trying to help me find out where half of these people are living and who the heck they are living with??? NO!! This so far has been my most frustrating part of the wedding planning!! It will all come together, that is all I keep hearing!!

Re: Invitations driving me CRAZY
I am in a similar boat. My cousin begged me to do my invitations. I really wanted to order from Stehita but I said ok and unfortunately, she realized that you need a machine to fold the paper the way I want and she did not have access to it. To cut a long story short she told meat the end of April that she can't do it and my wedding is July 7. Still no invitations
I decided to do them myself and all the stuff I ordered isn't even here yet. Poor me.
I wish you all the best with yours.

You can get a professional print shop to do the folding only for you - I don't think it's too expensive.

Re: Invitations driving me CRAZY
Have you read my posts lately about invites....OMG I have been to hell and back with my invites. I made my pocketfolds but got the actual invites printed professionally. But to print on envelopes, they ate my envelopes. I could not deal with it anymore I just hand wrote them until 3am in morning. So annoying glad Im done with that.

oh man i just went through invite hell and back...gave FH the stamps to stamp the response envelopes--he used the stamps for the outer envelope instead---spent an hour removing them and putting them on the right envelope....UGH---FMIL never gave me their list until last night....i can't....i just can't---but they're almost all out now---at least our list and my parents are--ahhah

thats what we did too! What a pain! The printer broke halfway through , FH fixed it Thank God. Some if the print smudged on some envelopes. I am so glad it is done! I think I would rather have paid someone to do it for me. I am just not a DIY person.

That's awful! I'm sorry to hear that!
You should just order some asap from a place like party city, they'll come in in a few days and you can get them out fast.
Good luck!!!
