Invitations----help

Invitations----help

So, since I am not the most creative of people, I have decided to buy my invitations. I went to the wedding coach and another two places to look at the invitations. You know..... 'get ideas' I almost fell off the chair when I looked at the prices they were trying to charge me and that was only for the invitation....envelopes were not included I am not cheap, but reallyyyyyy give me a break!!! I just can't justify spending that kind of money on paper that people might look at once or twice and then discard it

I am a Brooklyn bride and I was wondering if anyone could advice me on this? Any ideas? I have checked a few places online that are definitely more affordable, but I want a name of a store I can visit and see the actual product without having to wait for it to be mailed to me : ) I am looking for simple, clean lines. By the way....while looking for the invitations, I realized that the most simple the invitation is ....the more money they want to charge you

Sorry I was going to say Wedding Coach. Did you try Shower Coach on Kings Highway not far from Bay Parkway? Also some of the Hallmark card stores have invitations that they print for you.

I did mine online at I used Invitations by Dawn. In addition to Hallmark stores, you can also check out Party City and stores like Papyrus & Katies Papiere.

go and play around on mygatsby.com you can design your own(and you do not have to be creative...I am not) they have many different things you can do and the price is reasonable....

also..when I was searching I found quite a few nice ones on the davids bridal website..also priced quite reasonably...

also on both sites i believe you can get samples...HTH
