Invitations printed on photo paper?

Does anyone know is CVS or any other photo lab will print invitations (as opposed submitting actual pictures)? I created an engagement party invitation on Photoshop and really want to submit it to get 50 copies made onto matte photo paper. I asked a girl at CVS today but I got too many 'ummmm's' and 'uhhhh's' to even take her answer seriously. My fiance doesn't see any reason why they wouldn't. I know I have nothing to lose if I try (i'll be submitting them online). Any advice is appreciated.

Invitations printed on photo paper?

Sometimes in the store they don't carry those papers or know where to find them. I used to work at the Target photo center and I was the only one who knew what people were talking about when they said matte paper please.

Submit them online and see what happens! Honestly... they can't say anything as to whatever it is your printing unless its childp*rn.

I would go to Fed Ex. They have lots of differnt types of paper. I got 100 hotel enclosure cards printed on nice ivory cardstock for $18.

Re: Invitations printed on photo paper?

I printed a sample table number with our photo. It was printed on glossy paper and the writing was not clear. I suggest looking into card stock.

Re: Invitations printed on photo paper?

did you try one of the photo websites, like zazzle or shutterfly. I am sure you could do it that way.
