HOW DO YOU GET THE WORD ACROSS THAT YOU ARE HAVING
1- A HOTEL BLOCK 2- A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE RECEPTION
DO YOU PUT THIS IN THE INVIATION? DO YOU SEND IT SEPARTELY?
PLEASE ADVISE- I HAVE NOT ORDERED MY INVITATIONS YET AND I WANTED TO CLEAR THIS ALL UP BEFORE ORDERING.
THANKS!!

Re: INVITATIONS/ SHUTTLE BUSES/ HOTEL BLOCK
We put a separate thing in our invitation envelopes with the hotels and shuttle buses information. It doesn't have to be on the same nice paper as the invitations. It can be just on a plain piece of paper. Our invitations were cream-colored, so we just bought some regular cream-colored printer papers and printed the information on them, and cut them to fit into the envelopes.

Re: INVITATIONS/ SHUTTLE BUSES/ HOTEL BLOCK
Are you including a card with accomodation info. My friend had a card with all acoomodation info - and it included the shuttle info on it. it was the same stock and print as the invite and it looked nice.
I have that info on my wedding website. Don't know what I will do with invites.
Hope that helps.

Re: INVITATIONS/ SHUTTLE BUSES/ HOTEL BLOCK
I printed it up myself on card stock similar to the invitations and enclosed it with them.
I had the driving directions on one side and the hotel and shuttle info on the other.

Re: INVITATIONS/ SHUTTLE BUSES/ HOTEL BLOCK
In my invitation - I included a Directional card that had our website address on top. The website had all the information about the shuttle...
I was planning on doing OOT boxes in the room and having a little card in there that says when the shuttle is coming.

The hotel that offered us that services actually mailed me cards to put with my inviation.

Re: INVITATIONS/ SHUTTLE BUSES/ HOTEL BLOCK
I am putting it on the accomadation card that is going with my invites. It will have all the hotel info & then at the bottom I am putting the shuttle bus time of arrival at hotel.

We created a direction map and included the hotel info and the shuttle info on it. We are putting it in with the invitations.
