My wedding is the 16th of July My response date is 6/16 and I originally wanted them out by 4/30.
Well, I haven't even addressed them yet I am waiting to hear back from my calligrapher.
She said it will take a week or two (which is fine because her price is INCREDIBLE) but how long do u think it will take to stuff 120 invites.
Can I start early? How, if she has the envelopes?

It took us almost 4 hours to do 105 but I have bows to tie

It'll be fine. We won't have ours back until later next week....I think we'll still have in the mail by May 2 or 3rd.
Who did you end up using for calligraphy?

This was a tedious process for me and took several hours. Stuff you can do before your envelopes come in:
Number your response cards if you're doing that. Put stamps on reply envelopes. Any assembly of invitiations necessary (I had bows to stick on). Get everything together in piles for assembly.

You actullay have till May 16 to send them out, 8 weeks is plenty of time!

we are getting the invitew done by next week but then we have to address them..so i am thinking in 2 weeks ours will go out we have a response date of June 23rd

Mine aren't out yet, they're going out Monday. All done. Mailing date is four weeks before response date and 9 weeks before wedding.

I WOULD HAVE EVERYTHIHG READY LIKE FOLD STAMP THE RESPONSE ENVELOPES AND PUT TOGETHER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THAST WHAT I DID AND IT ONLY TOOK ME ABOUT 3 HRS TO STUFF AND 1 HR TO SEAL THE NEXT DAY

I'm July 16th too with a June 10th response and freaking out!! We are doing our own envelopes but I need FI's help. I am really going to try to get them out by next weekend myself. Good luck.

Sent mine out on 4/20. . . Wedding is July 9th. Took about 3 hours for assemble and stufff. I had the help of mom, dad, and MOH.

i stuffed mine in the inner envelope. i am waiting for the calligraphy person to get back to me. i emailed her my list over a week ago. she said once she emails me the proof, that i have to give her the outer envelopes. im getting nervous b/c my rsvp date is 6/21 and i want them out between may 1-7.
