INVITATIONS WENT OUT TODAY!!! (DIY with pics)

We decided to MAKE our invitations because A- we really wanted the pocket fold invites, and B- they were too expensive... and C- my fiance and I are just very creative people.

So after about 3 weeks of cutting, gluing, printing, sealing, stuffing, and stamping., we FINALLY finished last night and I just brought them to the post office today! 120 invitations... 237 invited...

Believe me it was a LOT of work- arguments arose between the 2 of us, the printer got jammed about 98 times- I went to every craft store in Nassau and Suffolk counties just to find enough of the blue paper (which came from the scrap booking section), Rob had to literally measure out every piece of paper and cut it EXACTLY.... but we're VERY pleased with the results... HOWEVER I would not recommend doing this- especially to those with little patience!!!!
