Ok I am sure there are posts out there on this, but since I am starting to get into crunch time, please help.
When addressing the envelopes, if it is:
A Married Couple: Mr. & Mrs. William XXXX Single Person: William XXX and Guest Serious Couple: William XXX and Beth XXX
Married Couple where the man is a Dr.?
Do I have all this covered?

I think you have it right for the inner envelope. For the outer envelope I would just be sure to add Mr. and Ms. to all of the names as well. I think it would be Dr. and Mrs. XXXX or Dr. and Mr. XXX.

For a married couple where the man is a doctor, I put:
Dr. and Mrs. John Smith.

See someone told me not to use the Ms. Beth XXX because it is not used anymore and just put the name

I'm sure it's not a hard and fast rule, but I think it makes it look more formal. Do whatever you like better.

The woman who is doing my invites sent me an etiquette form for addressing inner and outer envelopes. I can email it to you if you want.
If it is a single, dating or engaged woman over 18 it is Ms.
Miss-is a young girl
If you are inviting someone who is single w/ a guest: Outside is: Ms. Sarah xxx Inside: Ms. Sarah xxx and Guest
Person who is dating someone: Outside: Ms. Sarah xxx Inside: Ms. Sarah xxx and James xxx
A married couple where man is Dr: Dr. and Mrs. Gary xxx
If both happen to be Dr's Doctors xxx

Check out this link to Crane's Website. They have answers for every possible addressing scenario. I've found it to be extremely helpful.
