Today FH and I spent about 3 hours at his uncles house printing our DIY invitations. I bought the kits from Michaels and they came out great! Now we just have to assemble them and put them in the mail. Hopefully it will get done within the next week.

It was actually very cheap to make them. The set that I picked was on the clearance rack at Michaels so I only got one box there for $10 then bought another on eBay for $10 and two boxes on the website for $40 each so it worked out to be a little over $100 with shipping and everything.
FH uncle has a laser printer so it worked really well and we didn't have to worry about smudging. We cut regular sheets of paper to size and did a lot of test prints before we got it right and printed on the actual invites.
Here's the link to the set we used. http://www.gartnerstudios.com/shop/warm-ombre-invitation-kit.html

Thank you! I knew that I had to have them when I saw them. I had someone at Michaels call every store on the island to see if there were more, then I spent a lot of time looking on eBay and amazon to try to find more at a lower price. I didn't even look into buying invitations from a vendor because I figured even at full price they would have been cheaper.
