Invite Help!

Invite Help!

We are in the process of designing our invites (square pocketfold with 3 inserts - Directions, Accommodations and Response). I have a few questions:

Are you indicating the number of seats you reserved on the RSVP card?

What wording do you use for regrets?

We have a wedding website, do we include it anywhere on the invites? If not how else do we let people know about our site?

Should we mention our plan to meet everyone for breakfast at the hotel the next morning on the accommodations card or should we save that for the welcome basket/itinerary? (we are handing out breakfast vouchers in our welcome baskets)

We are only having an outer envelope - how do we indicate that kids are also invited to the wedding on the outer envelope?

Also it looks our over invites are going to be $1.32 to mail...do we have to use 3 stamps on each invite or is there a stamp for $1.32? How did you ladies handle postage?

TIA!

I'd include the number if you are inviting people who may misinterpret if they are allowed to bring a guest.. if its a Mr. & Mrs without kids then I'm not sure its worth the effort and extra work.

I'd wait to mention breakfast for those who decide to stay over in the welcome basket and if people call to tell you they are staying you can also tell them verbally, but I wouldn't include on the invitation otherwise EVERYONE may think they are invited, not just those staying over!

To indicate that kids are invited we are using word the family on the outer envelopes.

For the website I'd include an additional piece of paper in the invitation with the info like website, user name and pw if you have one.
