1. What is would be my RSVP date (my final head count needs to be in by November 29th to the hall) and I also need to make all the votive place cards before hand.
The Hotel needs to be booked by November 10th or the release the rooms also...
2. When should I send the invites out??

My wedding is 12/3 My RSVP date and also the deadline to book a hotel room is 11/3 ( one month before the weddng date)
We are sending the invites out the middle of September. Either the 17th or the 24th.

You should make the RSVP date 4 weeks before the actual # is sue to the hall. you're going to need to chase down those inevitable people who don't respond!
I would say make the RSVP date 10/25.
If your RSVP date is 10/25, you should sent them out mid-September.

Our wedding is 11/18. THe lady who did our invites said to make the RSVP date 8 weeks ahead, we had thought 4... so we went with 6, and our RSVP date is 10/1. I would make yours 11/1 to give yourself enough time to chase people down and make your votive placecards!
