Ok, so now that I know FH is OK, I am able to get back to wedding planning... So I got the rough draft for my invites, and I don't like the wording. I was stressing it sooo much...well... this is what I changed it to. PLEASE let me know if it sounds ok... I really want to keep my Dad somewhere in there....
I HAD this... Together with their parents in presense and in sprit Danicia & Robert request the honour of your attendance at their marriage......
And changed it to THIS:
Together with their parents In both body and spirit Danicia & Robert Request the honour of your presence at their marriage .....
How about THIS???
So how abotu THIS: Together with their paretns in presnece and in sprit danicia & robert invite you to share in the joy of their marriage....

IMHO, I don't love the 'in body and in spirit'. But I totally understand you wanting to include your father. There's just something about it that makes me uncomfortable. I don't know why!

Wait i dont understand why does the original wording bother people?? I mean if you understand that the person is passed why would it give anyone that weird feeling? personally I would think its a very nive gesture. JMO. I think you should put what you want on your invite. Its to honor your father! DO IT.
