I don't often post, but I think you girls can help. I order invites from a vendor I heard about on this site. I emailed her in JULY and told her my ideas, she emailed a sample in AUGUST. I love love love love the sample. Anyway she said 2-3 weeks to get my shipment. I waited 4 weeks, then emailed her. She said she was sick and I waited a month, then emailed her back. She then said her printed broke and she will send them out tomorrow, that was a month ago. I emailed her three times this week and she has not responded. I got a generic email that her computer had a virus. I need to send out the invites and I don't know what to do. Do you think I should just ask for a refund and get them elsewhere? I already paid in full and LOVED the sample. I really don't know what to do.

Re: Invite problems
Can you take the sample to someone else and have them done? Try Etsy. I would def. attempt to get my money back.. although I wouldn't count on it, honestly. Hope it all works out!

I would just wait it out... I'm sure your sample will come soon! Things happen you know?

No, this never happened to me before, thank god. They are not wedding invites, they are shower invites that need to go out next week.

Re: Invite problems
I love how every vendor gets a computer virus
To each their own, but if I contact a vendor and they ignore me, I move on. I can't imagine stressing about something if there are 100 other vendors that do the same work and have customer service skills.

and if it's paid for? then what? just move on and forget about the money that's paid?

Re: Invite problems
That happened to me, after invitations ordered AND paid for, then there are problems. It was too late to move on. It was also a vendor from here.

Re: Invite problems
I guess we learned our lesson about paying in full before we receive anything.
