So my Nana's sisters and their kids are on our B list since we wanted to keep the guest list at about 150. My Nana called me today to tell me that her sister sent over a box of all these hand made/family keepsake Christmas ornaments she wants us to have. I feel like I have to invite her now...but I cant bump her to the A w/o bumping 12 people as well which I can't do.
Do I have to invite her?

You can send her a nice thank you card - you don't HAVE to invite her. But if you feel like you need to, just invite her and not the whole family.
