Can someone please tell me how far in advance they sent out their invites for their DW ....i was thinking January for our May wedding????
To be honest with you, I really do not have the correct answer, but if it were me I would send them out in November...reason being, you have to figure, alot of people travel for the holidays, and you want to give them Ample time to purchase plane tickets, etc. That's just my opinion...however, I'm sure Janiary would be fine...I'm just a paranoid person!!
i'm afraid if i send them out too early people will forget about them and put them to the side .....then i will never get my rsvps back!
what I did was send our STDs really early... like in November...that way whoever wants to and can come knows the date ahead of time and can start looking for good prices.
oh i already sent out my STD's also ...so i guees I am good for now
We are sending ours out this month for our September wedding. Everyone already knows when it is, and some people are already booked.
I would send STD's about a 1 year - 9 months in advance if possible. The invites I would send about 6 months in advance. I'm just guessing at this but I think that sounds okay. Especially if you provided a lot of information on your STD and/or wedding website, so people could book if they wanted to.
