I say yes. If you would like him there, invite him. He is a friend you've known for a while. Let him decide if he wants to come. He may land a new job within a week, and he might also have some $ saved that you don't know about that he would choose to use for your wedding. Invite him!

Are you friends with him or are you just inviting him because you're inviting other co-workers? If you're friends I say definetely yes...invite him!

Well are you send it to him as a co-worker or as a friend? If co-worker, then no. If friend, then yes.
