Invite question??

Okay so I have a question about a friend I have. I met her last year through one of my other friends. I have seen her when I have gotten together for friends bdays, etc. She got married a year ago...I wasnt invited because I really didnt know her well then but I wound up going with my friend as his 'date'. We email each other all the time on facebook chatting about this and that. I just recently asked her out to dinner with a few common friends but she unfortunately couldnt make it but we have hung out a few times. My question is ..would it be weird to invite her and her husband to my wedding? I really like her a lot, she is always asking me about my wedding, I'm sure I will get together with her in the near future. I wasnt invited to hers but like I said it was when we first met..only hung out once or twice and now we are emailing each other and speaking all the time. What should I do? I dont necessarily need to invite more people as FH and I have a pretty big group of friends but I really like her and my FH likes her husband as well. What do you think?

i would just invite her, it sounds like you guys are friends and i'm sure if you were friends with her at the time of her wedding you would have been invited

i would def invite her!! it sounds like you enjoy hanging out with her and everything, and understand why you werent invited to hers which sounds like a reasonable explanation

It sounds like you really want to invite her, and therefore I think you absolutely should!

Friendships change all the time, and just because you weren't invited to theirs doesn't mean your friendship hasn't evolved since then.

It sounds like you know what you want to do!

It sounds to me like you really want to invite her. If thats the case, then go for it.

I think you should. I have a coworker who got married last year but didn't invite because she didn't really know us that well at the time but since then weve grown closer so I plan on inviting her now...

I think I would invite her too. I mean relationships definitely change and being that you talk to her all the time even just on email means you have a friendship.

I'm in the same situation with another girlfriend. I decided to invite her. When we met, her wedding was in the very beginning, I was not insulted. I barely knew her. We all know everyone has their guest list way in advance enough. LOL.
