I want to say 4-6 weeks so you have time to call people who haven't replied and get your final head count in time.

Well I cant change my reply date now..but we put april 25 so a month before our wedding...hopefully its enough time!![]()

I think that's fine. When does your final count have to be in? I think I'm planning on 4 weeks but I know many brides like to make it 6 weeks.

Mine was exactly 5 weeks before. I was glad to have that extra time to find out from people, because almost half didn't respond on time (I got a lot more the week or two after)

ours is exactly one month before -- July 17
