Invite Wording- 1st Person or 3rd person?

How are you wording. For example,

together with our parents, when we exchange vows etc.

or

together with their parents, when they exchange vows etc.

Anyone else have trouble deciding?

Ours say together with their parents...blah blah blah

ETA: You could also say along with their parents

It totally depends on the rest of the wording.

Ours say:

Jann Shari XXXX
and
Adam Michael XXXX
together with their parents...

So if you're using your own names in there, make it third person. If you are saying, 'Together with our parents, we invite you to celebrate our wedding with us...' and then put your names at the bottom, then it's OK to do 1st person. That's far more informal, though, if you ask me.
