invite wording

hmm i usually see just 'together with their parents, sally and jack..'
but what if we want our parents' names in there but want to emphasis the throwing the wedding 'together ' part - can we do the following?

Together with their parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Smith
and
Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Jones
Sally Sue Smith
and
Jack John Jones
invite...

?

I did mine like that, you can look in my album of invite mock up rejects. I'm still working on the layout but the wording is going to be the same.

I have also heard...'together with their families (then list your names) invite you...'

Re: invite wording

I think that may sound strange...I would say...

Together with their parents...
Jane Doe
and John Smith
Invite you to....

Or this is what I did...sounds wordy too but oh well

Jane Doe
And
John Smith
Together with their parents
Mr and Mrs jack doe
And
Mr and Mrs Matt Smith
Invite you to...
