IWe have three sets of parents
1 my mom
2 my dad and stepmom
3 FILs

is it okay to just say 'together with their parents' instead of writing them all out??

Yes we are in a similar situation my parents are divorced and my dad is engaged. Fh mother is not with us anymore and his dad is remarried. It is soooo much easier that way

Yes I would probably go with 'together with their parents or families'
