invite wording question

OK, so im working on my invites... the parents names will not be on them, so we are the ones issueing the invite... do we put Miss and Mr. in front of our names??? I read somewhere that Miss is only for females under 18.... so then would i put Ms.?? the wedding website i am looking at is telling me to put Miss... anyone know?? HELP!!!!!!!

Mr. A L W
request the honour... blah blah blah

or

CJB
and
ALW

or

Ms. C J B
and
Mr. A L W

We didn't put Mr or Mrs on the actual invite.

It just said our names

Jane Judy Doe

and

John Joseph Smith

invite .....

On the response envelope I used Miss Jane Doe.

It's for younger unwed women I think.

Anyone over 30 I wouldn't use Miss. for.
