What is the best way to write 6:30pm ?? I've only seen 6 o'clock and nothing for the other half.

Is your ceremony and the RH the same place?

If so, for mine I just wrote,
'Reception immediately following.'

If not, maybe,
'Half past six.'

yeah the reception is at the same place..

Half pass six sounds nice... =)
