My ceremony starts at 3:15, I felt like that was such an akward time to write and I want to make sure everyone is there on time so I put 3 on the invites. is that really terrible of me?

i was under the impression that it was customary to put an earlier time on the invite? every vendor i met with told me to put 11:30 start time instead of 12 i guess so that people wont be late!

I'm not a fan of putting an earlier start time but in this case, I agree 3:15 is a little weird to put for an invite, so I don't think it would be a problem.

No offense, as a Guest who is always on time (at least 15 minutes) if I had to wait around for 45 minutes, I would be annoyed. Again, no offense, but it's everyone's responsibility to get there on time.

I think that wedding normally ru a little late as it is. I doubt that it will start EXACTLY at 315 but it is sorta a weird time to write.
Maybe you could write a quarter after three?!?

I think that is a really good idea to put 3:00. Some people might think that you put 3:15 because it really starts at 3:30 but you didn't want them to be late.

My mother laughed at me when I told her I wanted to do this!!! If she only knew I'm not the only one who wants things to start on time....if she only knew SHE is the reason I'm putting it!!
