Invites

Okay so I took a break from wedding stuff ALL week and thought I would take a stab at printing one invite to see how it comes out......
They give test sheets and stuff and tell me that I have to adjust the paper to be 5 1/2 wide by 8 1/2 high...okay did that.
Typed away and previewed....VERY NICE.........
hit print and the flippen invite prints on the right side of the page...its not in the center............
Anyone have any clue what Im doing wrong?

does your printer have the adjustable tabs to lean agains the paper? does it have it on both sides?

when you put paper in your printer, does it go in sideways?

can you take a picture of your printer?

what program did you use?? ms word or is it on another program?

HOLY MACKREL, I THINK I WAS PUTTING THE PAPER IN WRONG. I PUT IT IN LONG WAY,MAYBE I SHOULD TRY IT SIDEWAYS?
I'LL HAVE TO TRY IT WHEN I GET HOME.
WE JUST GOT THE DARN THING FOR CHRISTMAS.....GOD FORBID I READ THE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT
