Re: Invites

I did my own... I wanted to spend my money on other things that won't get thrown away. needed 90 invites so FH and I went to AC Moore and had two orders each with a 50% off coupon and got 100 invites for $40. can't beat that.

Re: Invites

I purchased mine from a store bc I actually want to feel what the invites were like. Sometimes online, you can't tell the steardiness of the paper, true colors, etc. You could even go to a store, find what you like, then order it online. You might be able to get a deal that way! HTH!

I went to a store then googled them... saved myself $250. It was nerve racking though, you need help proofing becuase you only have yourself to blame if its not right.

A few words of advice:

If you decide to buy online (like I did)......
start looking early so you can receive samples in the mail this way you can see it in person and that makes deciding so much easier than looking online and wondering....
Be prepared to print the inner and outer addresses and names yourself or go through the pain of finding a calligrapher. We thought about the calligrapher but having to send the invites out, hope they arrive at calligrapher safely and then getting them back in time with no errors.....we decided to print them ourselves.
Order EXTRA invites and envelopes in ONE ORDER.
Put aside a lot of time to stuff and send. Gather a few people to help you.

P.S.....shop around too. You may see an invitation that you like on one website but might be able to fider it cheaper on another.

Re: Invites

I ordered mine online. I didn't see any in any stores that I had liked that was reasonably priced. I ordered pocketfolds from Mygatsby after ordering their sample pack and being super impressed with it. The quality was great and they send samples of every cardstock color that they have!
