I just received my sample invite (from Tessa - beautiful!!!!) so i took it to the post office and it will be $1 per invite to mail (not including the response card) Is that reasonable?? i have no idea what it should cost. Thanks!

i think it is depending on the kind of invite you had. my sister needed extra postage on hers b/c it wasn't 'bendable' so it was technically considered a parcel and needed extra postage. that seems reasonable.

mine is 1.50 without the response card. So yes i think 1.00 is reasonable.
If u think the price could be better, go to another post office and get another quote!!!

Mine cost $1.42 per invite to mail because of the size, weight and because I had a rhinestone buckle that could not go through a machine so it was considered a parcel post

same here. they aren't too heavy and they fit the requirement to go as regular mail not as the parcel.

if you dont mind me asking, what is the shape of your invitation? mine isnt that heavy but is square and they tried to fit it through a slot and that is how they came up with the price.....it is weird!

My invite is a regular rectangular shape...The envelope is big but not huge or anything.
