How much time do you give your guests to respond...is a month and 2 weeks ok? Because we have a B list so I need to give them enough time too...and I would like to give them a decent amount of time so it doesnt look they they were a B list. haha

i think that's fine, we're giving them just over a month.
if you're going to send out B list invitations though, you might want to make you 'RSVP by' date a little more than a month before your wedding though ...
