Inviting FH's co-workers, where to cut the line
FH told me to 'ask your board'. We realize we need to invite some people from his work, but we don't know where to cut the line.
Here are the people we are considering:
Owner
Partner (oversee's FH's dept)
Department manager
Managers (there are 3 of them)
Co-workers
The company isn't very large. He mostly interacts with the dept manager and his 3 immediate managers. We'd rather not have to invite all of them (because it adds a significant about of people with wives and guests) but we will if it's the right thing to do.
