We are capped on the number of people we could invite because the room only holds a certain number of people. We had a lot of unexpected No's and we are now moving to our B list. I plan on sending out more invitation cards. My RSVP date is Oct 7th. Should I sent the original RSVP cards with these invitations? Or should I make new ones with a new date?
I don't know how easy it would be for you go to get new RSVP's. This is a tough one. I would say you can send it out with the original rsvp and maybe just include a note saying 'your so happy that you're able to invite so and so now' I don't know if you should extend your date. How many people are you still waiting to hear from? My date has passed and I'm still tracking people down!!
