I know this has been posted before but I still have to ask. I been at my job now for almost 4 months, not crazy about the job, but the people are really nice. By the time my wedding gets here i will be there 10 months. The women there make a big deal about me getting married always asking questions really showing interest, etc. I am not sure if I should invite them. (If i am still there). Our list isnt that big and we are going to have issues meeting the min anyway so that isnt the problem. I was wondering what others thought. TIA

Re: Inviting people from work
I am doing the no-no and inviting a select few, but not everyone. I LOVE everyone, but I am moving after the wedding, and asked myself 'Who am I actually going to keep in touch with.' That was my answer on who to invite.
There are going to be alot of people who show an interest in the wedding - but that is not a reason to invite them. Alot of them really, genuinely are just interested in the excitement of a wedding and don't neccesarily expect to be invited. Let them be interested and follow your gut.

Re: Inviting people from work
thanks i think that is what i was trying to get at. Are they showing interest because people they think they will be invited or are they just showing interest because they like weddings. I mean I dont want people getting mad they were invited or mad because they werent.

Re: Inviting people from work
I've been at my job for 10 years now so I just narrowed it down to people who I hang out with outside of work or else it would be crazy.

Re: Inviting people from work
that is a good idea. my last job i worked there for 4 yrs I didnt really hang out with them outside of work but we were close, so that would have been hard too.
