I'm so on the fence about this...I know exactly who I don't want to invite, but I feel like it's rude to invite some and not others. I already have someone who I had no intentions on inviting, ask me about the wedding. She's all excited and wanting to be involved..I'm trying to figure out her motive. And, when she got married, she didn't invite me! I don't know... Need some thoughts ladies

Re: Inviting people from work
well i was all about inviting SOME coworkers then i was thinking damn some others will be annoyed but too bad.
and who knows who will still be there by the time your wedding comes around, just dont send them stds if you do them so you dont feel awkward later if you change your mind.

Dont feel obligated to invite everyone from work. Its ok if you only invite those who you are close to. As for your co worker who is asking about the wedding but didnt invite you to hers personally I wouldnt invite. If you feel bad just put her on the B list

I'd say take it one day at a time...especially since our weddings are not until 2012....I'm still up in the air on who to invite from work also.

Re: Inviting people from work
I am very close to a couple of people at work (one of them is my bridesmaid ), so they def have an invite... but I am waiting last minute to make the 'co-worker' decision... you never know who will retire, quit, move, etc...

totally agree with some of the above postings.... I would wait until it is really close to when you are sending out invitations for co-workers... esp if you have a max # that you want to be at, or possibly going the other way a min # that you need to meet - you may just decide to invite some at the last minute as 'meeting your minimum' but in my opinion if you wait and send them out at one time to work, noones feelings will be hurt bc they wont know that they were say on the 'B' list.

I m definitely waiting .. i talk about my wedding all the time at work.. doesnt mean everyone is invitedd!! U never wanna promise n invite early on bc then if one of u is no longer there its a an awkward situation.. this is why i had NOOO coworkers at my engagement party!
