Re: Ipod question!
You can replace the battery on any iPod. My iPod is almost 3 years old and I just had the battery replaced. But I did not do it through Apple. I did it through this company:
It cost me about $80 to have the battery replaced and it took about a week. Their service was great. They were highly recommended on PCWorld.com
You can also order the battery and replace it on your own. I chose to have them do it because I didn't want to take the chance doing it myself.

Ok ladies. I am on my second Ipod. These darn things dont last more than a year for me. But I absolutely love them. Do you think I should get another one knowing it will probably die right after the warranty is up?
try dell's mp3 player it's great

Re: Ipod question!
Wow, this site is so helpful. I am doing research, thinking about getting one, maybe the nano -who knows.
But, I can't believe you can actually download the music for FREE off the internet . I thought nothing was for FREE

Well... technically you can't download music for free anymore... not legally anyway.
Itunes charges you for music, I think it's about a dollar a song or so. You do see a lot of places (soda caps and such) giving away free music downloads, but that's a bit different.

Thanks Weddingbunny,
My DH and I was wondering that it could not be true for downloading anything for free. Thanks for answering my question in this late hour of the night .
