Ipod question!

Ipod question!

Ok ladies. I am on my second Ipod. These darn things dont last more than a year for me. But I absolutely love them. Do you think I should get another one knowing it will probably die right after the warranty is up?

which IPOD did you have?? They stopped making one (the mini??) because they new it was defective and didn't last. Ive had my nano since xmas and it works great!

I have the click wheel and the one right before it. the 40 gigs.

I did hear Nano's work better since they do not have HD's.

We have the original I think, We got them for the holidays 2004, they're the big white ones, and they're still in their boxes

I have the mini, and the battery life on it is terrible. I've only had it a year. I'm thinking about getting a nano. Please tell me something good about it.

same here. i got the mini, and all of a sudden it stopped working. i'm pretty sure it is the battery, my question is should i replace the battery, or should i get a nano...

Can you replace the battery? I thought that once it was dead, then that was it. My mini is starting to die on me too and I've only had it a little over a year.

Can you replace the battery? I thought that once it was dead, then that was it. My mini is starting to die on me too and I've only had it a little over a year.

really? oh please don't say that.. it hasn't even been a year... it cost me $$$..

I got mine last Christmas and it still seems ok.. It's a mini and I use it almost every day at the gym.

I do think you can get the battery replaced but its like $100. Although I guess its cheaper than a whole new Ipod.

I got my mini last July, not even a year yet and I already had problems with it. They had to replace it with another one and now again it doesn't work. The darn thing won't turn on! I would never buy another one. I need to get to the store before the 1 year warrenty is up on this one!

I have a nano - i use it ALL the time. No problems yet. Even though its really tiny, I find it hard to belive it can snap in half. I did buy a case for it, bc the one it comes with is not protective enough. and I drop everything!!!

i HATE ipods...i have one and it makes my life miserable...if you want a really good mp3 player that lasts...i say go for the Dell...they're awesome..they last, they're durable, and easier to add songs to than the ipod...i have a friend that's had one for years no problems...my brother has one...i plan on getting one ( i used to have one but i gave it to my ex...that b a s t a r d)

My FH has the mini a little over a year. It still works really well but the battery life on it is terrible. FSIL just got the new one I don't know which model and she loves it.
