Anyone else have trouble charging it? I think it has something to do with my computer going to sleep...when it's in sleep mode, it doesn't seem to charge...anyone else?

I don't know, but I can email my FSIL and ask her, she's has a shuffle.
I googled it and it seems that it's true...when your computer is in sleep mode it doesn't communicate with the USB port. So, I guess I'll have to adjust my settings.

Sleep is shutting off of your computer but saving your settings or open docs... you may be to try suspend which powers it down all major parts but the main system has power following though it...
