Irish Theme Italian Cusine!

My fiance and I decided on this theme since I'm all Irish and he's all Italian and our date is March 29, 2008. Anyone have any good ideas?

I know I want to have my girls in green, (but I haven't really found a shade of it that I really like yet so pics are welcome!) and my flowers I was going to do in green, yellow and white. We want to do Ireland for the honeymoon too (if we can afford it after the planning! lol)

You can serve orned beef and cabbage, irish soda bread, scones and meat pies. And mix it up with tradition Italian cuisine.
