I was thinking of naming the tables after Irish counties instead of using numbered tables. I wanted to write the names (ex. Derry, Galway, Kerry)on a small cut out map of Ireland. What do you think of this idea?

Do you have a Irish theme? If not, it might be a little out of place. Cute idea though - Im sure all your irish relatives will really like it.

Yes, we are having an Irish Theme. My invitations had claddaghs, Irish band, celtic knot wedding cake, Irish Mead toast, and plenty of Irish friends and relatives. I am just curious if it is overkill.

Cormican- I love that idea!! I told my FH how I would like to name his side after towns in Tipperary (where he's from) & my side will have towns from Dublin (where my family's from) He laughed at that idea. And said why don't we just name them after the counties. So will see!
