I come from an Irish backround my grandparents were born there and my Fi. parents are from there. In fact I feel bad b/c our band probably won't be able to play any Irish music at all. So I'd like to put some Irish touches... I am having pipes for the church and entering reception. I have my favors already - do you have any other ideas? Just our of curiosity... you don't know any Irish songs suitable for father daughter dance? My dad would really love it but I haven't been able to think of any. Thank you so much for your help!!! What about 'When Irish Eyes Are Smiling'? My brother and my mother danced to it at his wedding.
