I did not want to invite everyone I know to my shower, I thought it should be close friends and family only.
But now that I realize that there are only 30 people coming, I kinda feel like I made a mistake.
Should I have invited more of the women that are invited to our wedding?
Is 30 women enough to make a nice shower, (and not to sound like a snob, but will I even get alot of the stuff I registered for?)
Any of you ladies have showers around the same size?

i tihnk 30 is fine - i think for mine around 50 will be invited but im not expecting them all to show up - im expecting around 30 and i think thats perfect....some people have large families with a lot of women - my family is so small! i have 2 aunts, and 2 girl cousins so most of the family at my shower will be from my FH's side - and then of course my friends...i think it will be great - dont sweat it!

I had about 33 34 ladies and it was perfect.. I received a good amount of items off my registry but also many people were overly generous with money and gift cards - we just used all that to purchase some other items off our registry. I think the amount that will attend your shower will be fine!

I had about 30 there I think....and many people who weren't there sent gifts! I definitely still got a ton of gifts!

I had like 27 people at my shower i can't imagine it any larger would of been a zoo.

I had less than 35 and it was perfect. everyone got to chat and we all had a nice time. I got a nice amount of gifts.

I *wanted* a small shower, but both mothers got OUT OF HAND with the guest lists.

I hope not , thats how many I think I am going to have, and I wondered the same thing . BUT i don't want to invite everyone and their mother who is comming to the wedding AND i have a small family , half live OOT

i only had 20 and we had fun...no one loves me so they didnt come :( my mom sent out 60.....guess im really popularr

I just had my shower 2 weeks ago and there were 27 women. I loved it because I was able to sit and mingle with everyone. FH and I also have small families so it was alot of friends.
