I have to make a big decision. I really love this band, but...... for $4,000 that seems excessive. My RH is a little more than double. I think that it might be too much especially since its only for 4 hrs. I really do like them but I dont think I can afford them on my tight budget. I havent even booked florist and photg/video and I would only have 6k to spend on both. Any thoughts??
Hmmm i do kind of think that is a bit much. Perhaps you should try a dj with some live music? it would definately be cheaper and you would still have what you would like.
thats actually pretty inexpensive for a band. live music is usually closer to $7-10,000. if you really love the band i would go for it!
Its sad but just thinking about spending that much for a band doesnt seem to be feasible. Have you booked your dj?
For a band I think that is a good price... In my case I am going with DJ and maybe live music because I cant afford a band
7-10k is reasonable depending on your scale. My scale is small so I have to consider all the other items that will need to be addressed.

for a band i think thats actually really cheap. my friend was looking at bands and she said the cheapest one was a little over $8000. i know that $4000 is expensive, but for a band believe me, its a great deal. i would suggest looking into djs if thats not the kind of money you want to lay out. and believe me, thats the exact reason were using a dj.. i cant picture spending all that money for music.
I feel like for a band that would be pretty reasonable. I dont know too much about bands though.

4K for a band is an excellent price. They normally cost about 6K and up.
That is a great price for a band. The one I wanted was 10K. FH wanted a DJ so I lost that battle.
i dont know...bands are expensive. mine was double that....i think you are getting a great deal....good luck with it....

i think she means a musical band, not a jewelry wedding band, haha, but if she did mean jewelry then it's worth it...
for a musical band, i just can't see spending that much for a couple of hours worth of music! but i know some people just aren't into DJs.
For a band that is pretty reasonable; I've seen them more in the $6-10k range. I think that since it's half of your RH, it's a bit much.
that's actually a verrry reasonable price
