What is so good about it? I know everyone says it's so light and good, but isn't regular foundation the same way? Ity seems like in everyone's pics the face looks shiny. I got a trial with airbrushing and my face was REALLY shinyafter acouple of hours. What's eveyone's opinions?

I completely agree. I've had trials with airbrushing and while it was different, I really wasn't that impressed. Almost every makeup artist I spoke to about it told me they couldn't agree more. It gives a doll face look, whereas normal foundation can be blended in with your skin tones. For instance, I need lighter foundation around my eyes since they tend to be dark, how can I achieve that with only one type being sprayed across my face? Almost all makeup artists are doing airbrushing, but I am opting to not do it.

I liked it a lot better than traditional foundation, because I hardly ever wear make-up and I noticed how light it felt, like I didn't have anything on. Airbrushing also made my skin look more natural, not like caked-on make-up, so I was more comfortable with it. It felt different too, like a combination between foundation and powder. I tend to have oily skin, so I can't say it completely took the shine away, but I did see a BIG difference with how even it looked and how it felt on my skin. I love it!
ETA: Make-up artists can also combine colors to even out skin tone (I needed this done) so it doesn't have to be one blanket color across your face. They can spot treat with airbrushing as well.

I got airbrushing for my wedding and loved it. Normally for me my foundation wears off in like 3 hours but the airbrushing stayed on all night and look flawless. Even hid a few minor imprefections I woke up with lol.
I do agree though that the airbrushing was a little shiny but I bought those blotting papers and as long as I blotted every so often I was shiny at all.
I'd definately recommend getting it.

Hello. I got it done for a trial and loved it especially because I have the problem with dark circles too and it took them away!! It made it look all one color all over my face which is great. I say to at least try it. Either way, you may have to blot your face later on in the day anyway.

I have to completely agree with jennbaby. I am working on getting my proofs scanned in the next day or two. You'll see in the pictures how flawless my skin was. I could not have been happier!
