is all of this planning really worth it??????

You and your close family and friends will appreciate it!!! But don't go crazy. David Tutera had good advice on one of his shows .. he said to spend time and money on the big picture not all the small things. I am sure your wedding is going to be amazing bc of all the hard work you are putting in. Don't get discouraged!!!

I can tell you lots of people commented on my cardbox and definately on my memory charm.

A couple of people loved the bathroom basket

I think it is definitely worth it. So many people noticed my memorial candles! Everyone took the ones of their relatives (my Mom took the candle for her mother, etc.) and they were really touched by them. Everyone also really loved the photo table numbers. People took them home, too. My husband is still so impressed with his groom's cake.

Personally, I think it is all the little touches that make a wedding stand out. You will be glad you did it in the end.

So many people noticed ALL my little touches :)

Channa plaque, bouquet charms, table numbers, scavenger hunt table cameras, fingerprint tree, personalized napkins, grooms cake....I can go on and on. It was honestly worth every penny and every minute spent!

Def!!! I noticed everything and was so happy! Some guests will notice different things, but I think I was complemented by someone on every single thing that i did.

Edit: to say, include the little things that make you happy, I ended up skipping some things that werent very important to me due to budgeting, time, etc, I picked a few things that I new I def wanted, dont have to make yourselves crazy

I feel like everything you do will be worth it and everythinf you don't do won't be missed.

People commented on my wedding and they said they couldn't believe how all the details were coordinated, etc etc.

People will definitley notice if all the little touches are NOT there...I went to a wedding and there was nothing memorable at all about it! People may not know what it was exactly but your wedding will stand out in their mind because you personalized so much of it! Don't get burned out, I am sure it will all be beautiful!

i think like this sometimes but i know that there will be some people who notice the details and those who wont...but i am doing it for me and fh because its our wedding..thats how i look at it...do what makes you happy dont care if others will notice...when you sit back and see your pics and watch your video you will be like wow that looks great etc....

I feel the same way. I'm trying to focus more on the big picture more than anything. I'm def adding little touches here and there but I'm not gonna go crazy. I think unless someone has had/planned a wedding or event, they won't really notice. I say this because I've been to weddings before where I didnt really notice much or remember much about it. Now I see everything with different eyes... lol At the end of the day, its your day, your pictures that u r going to look at, your memories... do what's important to u.
