Yes this was actually really weird because I had always taken omoxycillin forever and one time it was a disaster lol. I have always had really clear skin (knock on wood), I took the medicine I think for a couple days maybe even a week. Then I noticed at night that I started to get a rash on my arms and legs. My mom told me it was prob from the shower and would go away. Well the next morning I woke up at 7am for an all day cheerleading practice and had red blotches allll over my body from head to toe literally like on my ears, everywhere. My mom was still sleeping bc I was getting picked up by someone else. I went into her room told her and she def didn't think I was serious, never looked at me and I went to practice haha. It was hideous, I couldn't look in the mirror just because it was so shocking to see myself like that. Then after the I think 8 hour practice I went to the hospital and got a shot of cortizone and it was pretty cleared up by the next day, my face at least and just a little on my arms, chest and legs. By two days it was completely gone. Not a terrible thing to deal with but it certainly wasn't fun especially bc I had never gotten a reaction to it before then so it was just really weird. Did you have a reaction to it?

I'm allergic... but I don't know what would happen to me if I took it. I've just been told since I was little that I was allergic. I don't know if they did tests or something when I was born, or if I had a bad reaction to it when I was little. I just stay away from it.

Yes it will def go away now that he's taken something for it, glad I could help. Tell him to hang in there!

Actually you want to know what's funny. I went to the dr for the same reason and this was years ago when I broke out. Besides omoxycillin, the doctor prescribed me allegra which I had never taken before. She said it would help bc I prob just had allergies and then bam I broke out a week later. We all thought it was weird to say it was the omoxycillin since I had always taken that but no one would think a medicine to help allergies would give you an allergic reaction. Plus they say your body changes and something you always took could end up changing and be bad. I still say it was the allegra though lol, did he take that too by any chance?
