I do belong to a group that rescues pugs it is called PPRA precious pug rescue and adoption I do from time to time foster pugs waiting to go to another home!! It is alot of work but in the end when u know they end up in a great home it is such a great feeling!!

thanks guys, i want to get involved but i feel like i'm not going to be approved b/c my apt lease technically says no dogs even though the landlord couldn't care less

Oh now I see why. I happen to know that at Bide A Wee you can get around this. Say you have no lease, and when they ask for the landlords #, give them your friends # and have them pretend to be your landlord. We did this for the guy who lived in the apartment below us. Worked like a charm and now he has the cat he fell in love with there.

i almost was, but then didnt need to be.. he found a home..
