who has been published? I'm trying to break into it and was looking for any helpful advice?

What type of writing? My coworker is getting some experience by editing some anthologies written by professors from Stony Brook and by writing short introductions for them. He got this chance though becuase he was a student in their classes as an undergrad and did really well. That might be something you can look into.

The Writer's market is an INFINTELY helpful book. it gives you upt to date info on how to publish. Everyone tels me, just make sure you have a good cover let and send out the manuscripts.

Violetfairy is a writer. NSGraham also is, but I think plays, and I think her FH is a magazine writer.
They have both been pretty quiet lately though. . .

I second the Writer's Market. Although I'm not a fiction writer, I'm a poet, I have found the Poet's Market to be extremely helpful!
