Day of? I am considering it! I just had my second hair trial.. it looks nice, but I feel like its just not me.. my regular girl did it. the extensions.. the curls, I just don't know!! So far hair has been the most stressful thing for me to figure out. HELP!

I dunno, I kind of feel like that day you don't want to be stressing with doing your own hair. You should be pampered all the way! If you think you can do a better job though, and you're ok with it.....it's totally your call. I wouldn't (even if I could do a good job at it).

I had a bajillion hair trials until I found someone who got it right...I know it's a lot of money but hair was the most stressful and one the most important things to me
who have you had trials with? and what do you want?

Do you have a picture of what you want? Maybe you need another trial with your regular girl so she can just be patient and help you figure out what you want. I just had my hair colored and I can't tell you how much discussion went into ti and how many times we changed what we were doing during the process, but I love what happenned in the end. I totally recommend my salon, but it's in Queens.
I would NOT take on that stress on my wedding day. I am good with makeup so I was tempted to do my own. I'm also a great baker and I do cookies as favors for parties and stuff, and now cookies are pretty trendy as a wedding favor, but I just know I can't take that on before the wedding. Also the day of you're going to be nervous, your hands might shake, etc etc... I would not want one more thing to stress over. JMO.
If you really think you could do a better job, why don't you do your own 'trial' and if it's really easy you can decide to do it yourself (which I still don't recommend) or go show a picture of it (or yourself in person) to your stylist so she can copy it on your wedding day. Cances are, she'll see what you did and be able to kind of enhance it and you'll have something even better
