It's a latin/hip hop aerobic dance class. sooo much fun. you burn up to 1000 calories an hour. I do it twice a week. its amazing!

OMG - my step mom teaches Zumba and then she demonstrates while singing thing likes for instance 'you spin me round' by Flo Rida - quite embarressin but I love her lol

I googled and found this. Zumba with Jenn

There are classes in Farmingdale and Hicksville and it's 5 and 10 bucks, respectively for non-members of the gym. It was a fall special, but maybe I can find out?

some gyms have them, some NYSC have them.

I take the class outside of my gym- its normally about 10 dollars a class.

Theres a place in oakdale that does unlimited classes for 6 weeks- $40 dollars!

its a great workout- supposedly burn 5-800 calories in one class!
