Me too! Can anyone do it in Nassau County? I was looking at Zumba with Jenn's videos and it looks like so much fun.

I did it for a little while over the summer. Then the girl took a 3 week break and when she came back she changed her schedule and it didnt work for me. Trying to get back into it. Whats the number and website for oakdale?? I found this one in Northport. I've been here before for a class to. It was with a different instructor.

I really wanna try it!! Amanda- where do you go?? I dont want to spend too muc money though cuz i already have my gym membership too
I go on Tuesdays and Fridays in Mineola at dance dynamics. its $10 a class or 8 for $70. I follow this one girl Nikki. She has classes in hicksville and syossett also that i go to but it's $15 there on Mondays and Wednesdays. She's amazing!!! It's the best work out class!!

I'm interested too. Do you pay per class? I know a girl who is an ADDICT. That's an understatement and I'm really curious. 1,000 calories? I'm in!
I'm literally such a zumba addict lol And yes you burn up to 1000 calories an hour. it's really an intense workout. Tuesday nights are very crowded but Fridays are ussually empty. Come Friday nights!! She'll be resuming her friday classes after new years.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE FOR EVERYONE!!!!!

It's hip hop dancing and latin dancing combined to make one kick *** work out.
