that they won't make their minimum for the reception hall? We didn't invite too many people over the minimum amount because we're on a budget and trying to keep things small, but the rsvps are coming in so slowly, i'm starting to get nervous....

I don't think i'm going to make my minimum, and i'm afraid to invite others in case people do say they are coming. Sometimes I just don't know what to do. Guess you just have to wait and see

I made sure I guarenteed a low min. which was 125 but Im not worried about not making the min I worried about going way over. We have too much family and friends.

Have an A and B list and put your invites out early and ask people to respond early. That way you can move to list B if list A doesn't work out.
By the way love your chat avatar, you guys make a cute couple. Im also using the photo company you are using. I need to book my engagement shoot soon. I was trying to wait until the weather gets nice. But the snow backgroud looks great.

Thats the same with me. I am afraid if I invite everyone that I want excepting a bunch not to show and they do show then I will have way too many!

i am actually afraid of the reverse happening, that too many people will show up. We invited 290 guests however we really want only 200-220.

I am having the opposite fear. I think we are going to have more than the church holds. It only holds 60 and we invited 80 thinking we would have alot of turndowns

This is what we are doing. As of now I think we are inviting like 150 and our minimum is 130. We are hoping to have 130 adults plus a few kids and then the vendors.
The B-list has about 20 people on it.

Ditto! same min. Our hall holds 225, we have 249 on the list. I hope a lot of ppl have vaca's planned that weekend!
